Etienne Morris is Founder and CEO of Collective Engagement, helping leaders create highly engaging workplaces where their team members are happy, productive, and want to stay. She works with leaders who understand that focusing on employee engagement – specifically purpose, belonging, and growth – is also a key business strategy. The company evolved from her two decades working as a recruiter and career strategy consultant, most recently as Founder and President of Morris Recruiting & Consulting (MRC), a firm she started in 2012.

MRC is a Certified B Corp, a WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprise, and a member of One Percent for the Planet and Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, where Etienne serves on the Nominating Committee.

Etienne has earned a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organization Performance from American University and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is currently studying Positive Intelligence (PQ), a program headed by Shirzad Chamine, centered around a mental fitness operating system that strengthens resiliency and enables wellness, performance, and positive relationships.

She lives in her hometown of Stowe, Vermont with her husband Paul and dog Tini Weeny.

Dan Browdy is a business and leadership development coach with over 20 years of business experience in fast-growth environments across a variety of industries (healthcare, manufacturing, e-commerce, marketing). At his heart he is a collaborative problem solver, adept at applying his cross-industry knowledge and experience to solve new challenges. His journey to COO and consulting included many years of hands-on work in all aspects of business operations resulting in a rare depth of understanding that makes him a stronger and more empathetic leader. He is driven to create and support a strong company culture that brings out the best in each team member using a collaborative, hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Her life's purpose and professional journey are intimately connected to serving BIPOC and underserved communities, informing her approach to systems thinking, asset-based methodologies, and sustainable equity-based strategies.

As an experienced strategy consultant, Ruchi has a proven track record in developing and implementing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) initiatives across various sectors. Her work with large foundations in impact consulting has fueled her dedication to furthering access and resources that support transformative movements.

Ruchi holds an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont, where she honed her skills in innovative problem-solving. Her diverse background includes roles at FSG, Inc. and as an independent consultant, partnering with organizations to embed JEDI principles into their core strategies and cultures.

As the founder of Prolific Powerful Philanthropy NYC, Ruchi demonstrated her ability to facilitate meaningful dialogue and foster community engagement. Her experience in managing complex projects, developing strategic partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels makes her adept at driving employee engagement and cultural transformation.

Multilingual and with a global perspective, Ruchi brings empathy and strong analytical skills to create inclusive, high-impact programs that resonate with diverse audiences. She serves on the board of Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility, further expanding her expertise in sustainable and socially responsible business practices.
