Assess Strengths
We perform an organizational assessment that includes one-on-one meetings with key members of your team to find core strengths and opportunities for the leadership improvement needed to achieve positive results for your organization.
Align Leadership Team
We work with you to align two key factors of your leadership team: your people and your business strategy. Working individually and with the team as a whole we build adaptability, agility, and trust. This improved alignment enhances collaboration to build a comprehensive 3-year strategy map with a clear 1-year action plan.
Coach Leaders
Using the PQ for Teams Program, we work to develop the four pillars of effective leadership: Triple Purpose, Earned Trust, Healthy Conflict, and Mutual Accountability. This work and some one-on-one coaching will develop their sense of purpose, belonging, and growth for themselves and those they lead.
